Attendee Information

COST

The registration costs are:

  • 1 child: $275 ($225 early registration)
  • 2 children: $550 ($450 early registration)
  • 3 or more children (family max): $650 ($500 early registration)
  • Early registration discount ends March 31st 2026

This fee does not cover the cost and therefore Kid's Camp is being subsidized. The actual cost is approximately $500 per student and donations are appreciated.

PARENTS NOTE

Students should not arrive until Sunday at 4:00 PM. Counselors themselves are arriving earlier but require time to set up the campsites. Meal arrangements do not begin until Sunday evening.

Please label your child's belongings or they may not return with them! There is a checklist for personal items attached. We ask you to please go over this list and ensure that your child comes to camp with all the items. Then sign the page so we know you have seen it. Thank you.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

Medical forms are located at the main hall. Should an emergency arise, contact Bro. Jimmy Glover. Also, students should bring their own Health Insurance cards in the event of an emergency.

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

COOKING

All cooking will be done under the supervision of the counselors at each campsite. Food will be picked up at the main hall daily. A schedule for meals is provided.

*Please note the changes made to this year's Kids Camp menu. In order to have more nutritious options, dessert will only be provided with Sunday and Friday evening meals. If you would like desserts or other sweet treats during the week, please have your child bring a package, such as cookies, to share with their campmates.

RESPONSIBILITY

a) Every student MUST have a medical consent form filled out and returned before the Camp.

b) Each student is assigned to a counselor. The counselor will act as a parent and should be regarded with the same respect shown to your parent.

Camp Groups

All students will camp with their respective counselors. They will share the duties relating to washrooms, food preparation, dishes, etc. Duty rosters will be prepared.

DRESS

Students should dress appropriately for all Kid's Camp functions. Girls are required to wear dresses or skirts for classes. Boys are to wear long pants and collared shirts to classes, and no ripped jeans. If you have any questions in this regard, ask a counselor. See the camp rules for more details.

BOUNDARIES

Students must stay within the Camp grounds.
